Hervé Léger offers complimentary returns on all full-price items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and the security tag remains attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
